Hello Everyone! Even though the weather outside is very cold, inside it’s toasty warm with decor ready for spring. I couldn’t help purchasing these pretty pink roses, which are my favorite! I thought displaying them in a porcelain coffee pot would look more interesting than the usual pitchers I use. I couldn’t wait to change the winter decor I posted last week in Wintery Tablescapes. I left some of the same items but added a few Easter/Spring ones to the design. I placed little bunnies on the table along with my rose arrangement I put together the other day. I try to keep some sort of live floral arrangement on the table if I could. When these roses are done I might try some tulips, or just go back to the dried hydrangea arrangement I used during the winter. As you can see, I placed more cute porcelain bunnies all around my kitchen. Bunnies are my favorite design item to use this time of year! What says SPRING TIME more than a bunny? Actually, I keep some of the bunnies on top of the cabinets all year. They blend in nicely and add a country french look that I like. The trick is to make them look like they are peeking out from under the other decor, or just complimenting it, as if they were alive. This creates a natural look that is more appealing. This little guy is sitting in my dining room. The bunnies made their way there, too.
I hope you’ve enjoyed my small hints of Spring and it warmed you up just a little.
Thanks for Springing In!
