A Rosey Tea Tablescape

Hello Everyone! It’s a lovely summer day here at Lovely Livings. The sun is bright and the temperature is nice and warm as it should be. I wanted to show you my kitchen table today. I changed it to reflect a mid summer feeling. The tea theme and Roses captures a tea in the garden look.

The beautiful pink Roses (not from my gardens this time) are very full and delightful. I decided to stack footed square trays in the center of the table. I then placed a white tea pot on top. Surrounding the trays are small cloched stands at varying heights. I have timed flameless candles on them. They go on when it gets dark, about 8pm.DSC_0030

I placed these lovely pink Roses in the tea pot. Their fullness works wonderfully with the shape of the pot. The arrangement and dishes under it, adds height and interest to the top of the stands. I needed this for my design to look proportioned.

Using a pitcher for more of the Roses, balanced the tablescape.

I added stacked tea cups and saucers to fill the empty space around the cloched stand and pitcher.

I filled the empty space on the other side with another tea pot. Two Rose stems are places on pretty folded napkins on the bottom tray. This is to make the entire design visually pleasing.

Thanks for visiting today! I hope you enjoyed my Rosey Tea Tablescape!

Have a lovely day!

Thanks for linking to the Pinworthy Projects Party!

    1. Thank you for your lovely comment and for visiting today! I was blessed with one girl who’s my oldest and four boys! I do have to say, when I decorate an area the boys are all there enjoying it with me…kind of funny! I think it’s because they are all artistic and musical. Sometimes they give me their input on what I should do.
      Happy Sunday!

  3. LuAnn, what a gorgeous table! Love all of your beautiful dishes and the roses are so pretty! Thanks for sharing with SYC.

  4. Your design is perfect with all of your white pieces contrasted with the stunning pink roses. There are many beautiful details, but I think I like the slim pot with the crown on it the best. Subtle yet important to the overall look of the pot…

  5. Thank you for sharing this post at City of Creative Dream’s City of Links last Friday! I appreciate you taking the time to party with me. Hope to see you again this week πŸ™‚
