Time for Hot Chocolate

DSC_0007

I would like to show you my hot chocolate display that I set up in my pantry. Who doesn’t love a mug of hot chocolate on a cold day or night? Especially when it’s served in one of these adorable mugs! I’ve collected a few of them over the years. I pull them out at the end of every Thanksgiving and use them right through the Holiday season. Everyone loves to use a mug for their tea, coffee or, of course, hot chocolate!

I found this galvanized tiered tray over the summer at one of my favorite home decor stores. It’s perfect for the mugs! They fit in nicely and make a pretty Holiday display on my pantry table.

I filled these apothecary jars with candy canes and red hots and placed them on the table next to the tray. I wanted to give the display a little more of a Holiday feel. The other jars are filled with marshmallows and hot chocolate mix. “You definitely need marshmallows with hot chocolate!”

I love these candy cane and polka dot ceramic mugs! The green and white polka dot ribbon gives them a bright and fun look.

The snowman ceramic mugs are a great size and the tops help to keep your beverage of choice hot. They fill in the top tier nicely.

What can I say about the ceramic Santa mugs? They’re my favorite! When I spotted these about four years ago, I just had to have them! All of the mugs work beautifully together. I’m ready to handle the cold weather with a nice mug of hot chocolate.

Does anyone want to join me for a mug?
