Thanksgiving Table

Happy Thanksgiving!   I’m very excited to be sharing my Thanksgiving table with you.  I’m hosting Thanksgiving as usual for my family and it’s more special this year to be celebrating the day with my new grandson Richard.

My husband and I changed the furniture in the dining room recently. We were in need of a larger table due to our growing family.  We also wanted a lighter and brighter look for the room.

I  used neutral tones on the table this year with a few pops of color in the napkins. Their peachy/orange tones work nicely with the drapery in the room.

The napkins were folded in an accordion style to replicate turkey feathers.  I placed them next to the turkey salad plates to give this affect.

I decorated my three tiered stand on the buffet with various pumpkins and white flowers.  I wanted a simply no fuss design for the holiday.

Flowers are the easiest and prettiest way to decorate a table.  Here they surround a mirrored cake stand that I placed a ceramic pumpkin on top of.   There’s a small faux flickering flame candle set inside the pumpkin for a romantic touch.

I’m very blessed by God and have so much to be thankful for this year, especially my grandson Richard.

I would like to wish you a Lovely and very Happy Thanksgiving!
